Jason – Jason DeYoung Concrete
My dad was a general contractor for 47 years and I grew up watching him work. In fact, it was mandatory each spring and summer break that I was out on the job working with him. After high school, I went to college to become a game warden. Halfway through, things weren’t going the way I had planned so I switched to building construction technology. It was then when things started to go right and I realized this indeed was my true calling.
One of my favorite jobs was helping build our new church in Demotte, Indiana. It was a large job with a lot of concrete, but each Sunday I’m able to walk across the polished concrete and admire them. It was an important job to me and I hope my work will be appreciated by not only my kids, but their kids as well.
